Position: Motorcycle Test Engineer Location: Solihull Position Type: Contract Outside IR35 Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client who are known for manufacturing luxury hand-crafted motorcycles. They are looking for Test Engineer to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull Job Description Experience as a motorcycle test engineer Degree educated in a relevant Engineering or Science background or equivalent experience. Experience of test facility operations. Awareness of health and safety obligations in an industrial environment. Skills Required: Experience utilising mechatronic control systems to support test activity. Experience executing component & sub-system level test activities according to defined test procedures. Knowledge of instrumentation calibration processes. Awareness of programming/scripting languages. Awareness of risk assessment, COSHH and compliance management systems Ability to acquire and interpret data utilising data acquisition tools. The ability to validate, prepare and read engineering documents and technical reports. General and practical understanding of physical mechanical systems. Why work through Contechs?
