You will be working in an enjoyable working environment and report directly to the Principle Engineer who want to help you succeed by giving you full autonomy to lead and implement industry-leading pract Your main responsibilities would be: * To support present and upcoming test requirements, create, review, and enhance test specifications. * Determine process modifications that will increase output, boost quality, and save expenses. * Assist System Design Authorities with product development, testing, and production readiness assessments. * Move new product testing from engineering development into the production setting. * Run tests and find new equipment that could be used to increase efficiency if needed. Become involved in the design of bespoke and special-type test equipment. * Encourage "Design for Test" and "Design for Manufacture" within the engineering community. * Assist System Design Authorities by analysing test failures' underlying causes. * Help production staff respect Manufacturing Instructions and locate the System Design Authority where process enhancements can be implemented. * In order to guarantee that test procedures are implemented and supported in the production environment, communicate with the quality assurance manager. * Provide test results presentations for all interested parties to see. * Calculate the amount of time needed to do a task and select appropriate criteria for performance comparison. * Offer analysis of test results to motivate advancements. To be considered for this role you would need the following: * Practical testing experience in both development and production settings; • Test specification creation and implementation experience. * Root cause analysis and fault discovery experience. * Skilled in issue definition, concept expression, and technical knowledge sharing at all levels. * Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure. * Excellent analytical approach combined with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
