Our client is a globally renowned premium automotive brand with operations across numerous UK locations. We are currently seeking a Trade Parts Telesales Advisor for our Weybridge site. This pivotal role drives sales and gross profit with both existing and new trade customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to our overarching sales objectives. Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: - Sales experience, preferably within the automotive parts industry - A strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers - A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills - Knowledge of automotive parts and related products - A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales - A genuine passion for customer service - The ability to be a 'Sales Maker,' not just an order taker - Proximity to Brooklands, Weybridge Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Working hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) (45 hours per week) - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable premium parts and accessories - Prospect for new business, including re-engaging lapsed or drifting accounts - Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and software - Build and sustain strong relationships with trade customers to secure repeat business - Process orders accurately and efficiently, in line with customer requirements Necessary Qualifications and Skills: - Preferred experience in automotive parts - Ability to prioritise inquiries and orders, including online and phone orders - Exceptional communication and customer service skills - The capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks - Good work ethic and a team player attitude
