Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: - Sales experience, preferably within the automotive parts industry - A strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers - A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills - Knowledge of automotive parts and related products - A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales - A genuine passion for customer service - The ability to be a 'Sales Maker,' not just an order taker - Proximity to Brooklands, Weybridge Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Working hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) (45 hours per week) - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable premium parts and accessories - Prospect for new business, including re-engaging lapsed or drifting accounts - Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and software - Build and sustain strong relationships with trade customers to secure repeat business - Process orders accurately and efficiently, in line with customer requirements Necessary Qualifications and Skills: - Preferred experience in automotive parts - Ability to prioritise inquiries and orders, including online and phone orders - Exceptional communication and customer service skills - The capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks - Good work ethic and a team player attitude
