Technical Training Manager-Accident Repair Centre in Leeds Basic Salary- Up to £37,000.00 Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 with No Weekends.  25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.  Additional Holidays Each year for company holiday closures.  (Leeds Based-So within 45 mins travel) Our client is a large Accident repair centre with sites all accross the UK. The role will be to deliver technical training and support to the wider business. The primary aspect of this role is to train repair technicians in the skill of SMART repair. The ideal candidate will have extensive SMART repair experience and alloy wheel experience. Previous experience in a training role would be essential.  Benefits the successful technical training manager will receive:  A basic salary of up to £37,000.00 dependent on experience.  25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional holidays per year due to company closures (extra to annual leave)  Work for one of the UK's leading accident repair centres. The successful technical training manager will have:  Extensive SMART repair and Alloy Wheel Repair Experience Ability to pass on knowledge and experience in a training environment.  Ability to create training content and videos. Ability to carry out demonstrations in front of groups of clients in a professional manner. Roles and responsibilities of a Technical Training Manager:  To run a successful training academy, training staff in the skill of SMART and alloy wheel repair.  To manage and maintain the workshop and training areas to highest standards. Develop training and induction programmes with a solid documented syllabus.
