Account Manager (B2B/Engines) Peterborough (PE1) - Hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days WFH) Initial 12 Month Contract - likely to extend for the right person! 37 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday! Mon to Thurs 07.25-15.55, Fri 07.25-13.25 Up to £25.50 per hour PAYE / Up to £34.25 per hour via Umbrella contract Do you want to work for a company who makes a difference? What will the Account Manager (B2B/engines) do? * Assist distributors/dealers/customers with technical engine queries - meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions, and making timely decisions * Support and develop engine product sales, dealer effectiveness, overall segment growth, NPI process, process improvement, sales management process improvement, etc.! * Managing & escalating issues to ensure customer satisfaction is world class * Conduct and report on technical issues & manage/resolve them * Administer company goodwill and warranty processes and settlements * Work with service specialists to ensure dealers have technical capability to identify & repair products * Travel will be up to 25% of your time - visiting distributors/dealers/customers in UK & EMEA What skills and experience will the Account Manager (B2B/engines) need? * Previous business to business account management experience, assisting distributors/dealers/customers within the automotive or on/off highway machinery industries * Demonstrable Customer experience; ability to communicate & interact with customers at all levels within a business. Customer focused, support the customer & manage their expectations * Previous experience managing & escalating issues, to ensure customer satisfaction at all times * Strong personal initiative, communication, organisational and time management skills * Proficiency working with computer systems To apply, please submit a copy of your up-to-date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
