This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing Engineering Factory Office, delivering centralised support services and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver centralised support services to Engineering Factory Offices, aligning with strategic and operational goals. Lead coordination and execution of key operational processes to support performance, efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, validate, and process shopping cart requirements, including supplier quotation verification and procurement initiation via JLR systems. Ensure accurate submission to central approval workflows and strict adherence to internal processes and documentation standards. Demonstrate strong SAP knowledge, from shopping cart creation to invoice confirmation and reconciliation. Provide expert guidance on purchasing procedures and expenditure approval workflows. Partner with Finance to facilitate approvals, ensuring alignment with internal controls and budget governance. Deliver timely and accurate reporting (weekly/monthly) to monitor progress against KPIs. Offer general administrative and operational support to the EO Factory Office team. Report directly to the EO Factory Manager and maintain accountability to the functional overheads area. Skills & Experience Required: Highly driven, self-motivated, and results oriented. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Solid financial acumen: commitment tracking, expenditure control, cash flow, and accrual accounting. Proficient in interpreting supplier quotations and invoices. Comfortable working at a granular level to ensure accuracy. Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Desirable: Familiarity with SAP and other key business systems (training provided).
