Are you an experienced Team Coordinator? Do you have previous knowledge in the railway industry? If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning railway client who are expanding and looking for Team Coordinator to join their team located in Derby on a contract basis paying £13 per hour (PAYE). Key Responsibilities: Manage the Site Access Permit system – this includes obtaining correct insurance documentation, H&S, accident stats etc, issuing new permits, chasing up renewals as they come up to expiry and issuing renewed permits, maintaining the records of all permit holders and issuing out to the stations on a regular basis. Raising Purchase Orders as required and maintaining master record to capture all spending to of the Assets & Facilities budget. Raising invoice requests when contribution to schemes is being claimed from Network Rail or other bodies and update the records. Maintain Assets & Facilities Attendance records, including annual leave, sickness and attendance of training courses. Completing & submitting monthly credit card purchasing to the Head Finance office, including all relevant invoices. What we require? Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, web-based systems. Organised and methodical. Ability to prioritise deadlines. Pro-active individual with an ability to engage and work with others. Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment. GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and Maths.
