Do you have extensive experience as a Supply Chain Manager, with strong SIOP skills? Strong planning, forecasting, replenishment, and scheduling experience? As a Supply Chain & Planning Manager you will lead a team to provide end-to-end closed-loop planning & supply chain activities including Goods-in, store management and logistics. You will be an integral member of the management team responsible for delivering Supply Chain and Planning strategies. You will implement planning and supply chain strategies whilst driving continuous improvement of relevant processes and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will be accountable for Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will own the end to end supply chain management from sourcing, commercial and contract negotiation. You will ensure alignment to customer requirements and support budgeting, financial, planning, NPI, and business cases through forecasts, planning, SIOP scenario analysis, RFQs and supply chain data.Skills and Experience: Extensive proven experience within Supply Chain (circa 10 years or above) within Manufacturing Experience in planning, SIOP, MPS, scheduling, forecasting and replenishment.
