Supplier Relationship Management Specialist - 39464 - £29.66/hr Umbrella (inside IR35) Initial 12 month contract Gaydon, Warwickshire Reporting to the Off Cycle Purchasing Manager, in this role you will manage the external supply chain from suppliers. Your main focus and priority will be ensuring supplier performance meets company quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability requirements. In your first few weeks in this Senior Specialist role, you can expect to: Be responsible for all post sourcing and contract management activities for designated commodities and suppliers within your region. Develop key performance indicators across the designated regional suppliers, engaging with stakeholders and specialists within the Purchasing Function Interact with other key functions within the company and act as a core conduit for true cross-functional working across Production Purchasing, MP&L, STA, Product Engineering, Cost Engineering and Manufacturing Deliver complex supply chain solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment. Applicants will need supplier relationship management, cost management and supplier negotiation skills.
