Job title: Structures Technician Location: Birmingham Salary: up to £68,000 DOE Our client provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance services globally. With state-of-the-art facilities in various continents, they are known for their exceptional skills specializing in extension MRO operations and modifications. The Structures Technician will be part of an experienced Structures team carrying out tasks to organise the smooth running of the production/mod program in conjunction with your peers. As part of the structures side of the program you will report to the Structures lead regarding progress and adherence to timelines. Responsibilities for the Structures Technician Complete Strip/removal of equipment Installation of complex structural assemblies and modifications All aspects of structural work relating to the aircraft Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the Structures Technician Minimum of 12 years aircraft experience Previous aircraft production experience Previous modification experience Completed an engineering apprenticeship in Aeronautical engineering or a military equivalent Military aircraft experience Good knowledge of aircraft structures Subject to UK Security Vetting Eligible to work and live in the UK Training requirements: Initial Human Factors; Continuation Training Human Factors Initial SFAR phase 1&2; Continuation Training SFAR phase 1&2 Initial EWIS group 4; Continuation Training EWIS group 4 ETOPS RVSM
