Strip Fitter/Prepper Location: Southampton Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 or 08:00-16:30 Pay Rate: £13.70 p/h Employment Type: On-going work Igloo are on the lookout for Strip Fitter/Preppers to join our clients team in Southampton. This role provides successful candidates with the chance to work for one of the UK's leading automotive companies with a nationwide presence. The Role: Within this role you will be working on, but not limited to: * Stripping down and prepping vehicles ready for panel repair and painting. * Removing all electrical and mechanical trim. * Re-fitting all trim after painting ready for the vehicle to be polished. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations at all times. What kind of person we are looking for? * Previous experience within a similar role is essential. * You will need to work efficiently but to a high standard. * Must have your own tools. * Hold a full, category B driving license, with no more than 6 points for minor offences. * Organisational skills. * Must be able to work well within a team
