Stress Engineering Expert - Aircraft Doors and Cut Outs - China. Our Aerospace client based in China require the support of a Stress Engineer, who has good strong knowledge of Aircraft Doors and their analysis. This role is offered on a fixed term contract, working locally in China, with good long term prospects of extension. We invite applications from Stress Engineers who can clearly demonstrate their experience on Aircraft Door structures and door surrounding structures and their analyses. The Role: Complete the preliminary design and  evaluation of the cockpit door. Complete the motion simulation analysis of the cockpit door mechanism during the preliminary design phase. Complete the deformation analysis of the cockpit door and surrounding structure during the preliminary design phase. Complete the stress analysis of the cockpit door and surrounding structure during the preliminary design phase. Complete  cockpit door plan review Complete the manufacturing of cockpit door engineering samples. Improve the design and verification process system for typical openings in the cockpit door and fuselage. Complete the analysis of typical openings in the cockpit door and fuselage, as well as relevant training on the MRB authorization system, and develop training courseware. Improve the definition and allocation of requirements for the design of cockpit doors and typical openings on the fuselage and participate in the "mirror engineering" design and evaluation work between two aircraft type models. Conduct stiffness matching and integrated simulation analysis of the cockpit door and surrounding structure during the detailed design phase. Carry out motion simulation analysis of cockpit door mechanism and deformation analysis of fuselage door frame opening in the detailed design phase. Complete the detailed design and stress analysis of the  cockpit door and fuselage door frame opening structure. Improve the standard specifications for the design and verification of typical openings in the cockpit door and fuselage. You must be prepared to live and work in China for this position.
