The hiring company provides services to the aviation industry, predominantly specialising in Aircraft cleaning. We are recruiting the position of a hands-on & flexible Station Supervisor to lead our operations and team of employees. MAIN DUTIES: * Leadership and Management Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. * Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. * Quality Control Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleaning standards are met. * Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleanliness in a timely manner. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning processes and outcomes Safety and Compliance * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment * Conduct safety training and drills for the cleaning team * Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and incidents REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in cleaning services, preferably in an airport or similar environment. * Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to work shifts * A hands-on approach, attention to detail & commitment to high standards * Great communication & interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours.
