This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Exterior Smart Repairer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are prepared to the highest reconditioning standards. You’ll be responsible for performing touch-ups, blow-in repairs, and texture repairs across a variety of vehicles, maintaining quality and ensuring the appearance of the paintwork is restored to meet company standards. Key Responsibilities: * Performing exterior smart repairs including touch-ups, blow-ins, and texture repairs on vehicles of all makes. * Using the latest cosmetic tools and repair materials to enhance vehicle paintwork, ensuring the highest quality results. * Applying block and polish techniques, plastic repair methods, and paint rectification techniques to meet industry standards. * Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and in accordance with the required quality standards. * Working closely with the quality and inspection teams to ensure that each vehicle meets the required reconditioning criteria. * Maintaining a high standard of work, with a focus on delivering a right-first-time approach to repairs. About You: Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual with: * Proficiency in block and polish techniques, plastic repair techniques, and smart repair methods. * Paint mixing knowledge and experience with paint rectification. * A strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK. * A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team to achieve goals.
