SMART Repair Specialist Opportunity to earn up to £45k Weybridge Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) Our client, a Motor Trade group based in Weybridge, is on the lookout for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their busy team. If you hold the right experience and would like a new challenge within the trade – this could be your next role! Suitable candidates will possess knowledge regarding cosmetic repair and hold a good amount of experience within a similar role. Duties & Responsibilities of a SMART Repair Technician: * Preparing and priming bodywork to manufacturers’ specification. * Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard. * Polishing as appropriate. * Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. * Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. * Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience working as a SMART Repair Technician/Specialist. * Strong technical skills in vehicle cosmetic repair and maintenance. * Strong communication skills. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * An eye for detail.
