I am seeking an experienced and motivated Site Operations Administrator to assist my aviation industry engineering repair & overhaul client in Feltham. You will support efficient site operations by assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and data/metric outputs as required. You'll maintain and improve digital site communications process using site and organisational inputs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated & detail-oriented administrative environment. Role: Site Operations Administrator (Contract) Duration: 6 months with the potential to be extended Location: Feltham, TW13 (100% onsite) Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am - 5pm. 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £14.50 - £16 per hour PAYE (depending on experience) plus holiday pay in addition Main Responsibilities Provide general administrative and PC-based support across various departments. Assist with the preparation and production of reports, presentations, and data/metrics. Maintain and enhance digital communications and updates for the site. Support continuous improvement by sustaining efficient administrative processes. Ideal candidate profile: Proven experience in an administrative, operational support role. Previous experience in a high-paced, technical or regulated environment. Familiar with Opex (operating expenses) - costs incurred by a business for its day-to-day operational activities, such as rent, payroll, marketing… Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently. Proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across departments. Ability to interpret and analyse information independently. SAP experience is desirable but not essential. Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Clear and fluent communication in written and spoken English for regulatory compliance. Additional information: Vetting will include a drug screen & 5 years' referencing. Candidates must hold the right to live and work and work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
