SIOP Controller Permanent, Full time Dependant on experience Working Hours - Mon – Thurs 8 am to 16:45 - Fri 8 am to 12:00pm – 37hrs per week SIOP Controller Job Description Sales Forecasting: Support the sales team in analyzing data for accurate forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods. Operational Planning: Collaborate with operations teams to align sales forecasts with production plans and procure materials efficiently. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, monitoring external factors that may impact sales and operations. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stay updated on industry best practices.  SIOP Controller Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience in aerospace environments is beneficial. Outstanding communication skills. Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective problem-solving abilities and experience with MRP systems.
