Simulation Project Lead / Agile Lead  Permanent  Hybrid - 3/4 days on-site  Stevenage / Bristol  Up to £65,000, plus annual bonus 21%, 14% Pension, Relocation Packages, and Flexible Working Hours  Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be eligible for BPSS/SC Clearance, and hold a valid British passport.  The Role:  Our client, a global leading manufacturer at the forefront of weapons systems design, development, and deployment, is seeking a Simulation Project Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge VR technology, using an agile methodology to lead the delivery and development of simulation components for weapon systems. As part of the Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation team, you will integrate real products, models, and synthetic environments to provide visual demonstrations, verification and validation, as well as training capabilities and support. You will lead a team to deliver innovative solutions using the latest technology to provide an end-to-end representation of the weapon systems through: Visualisation and demonstrations Experimentation Design and development Verification and validation Training systems. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and abilities across the entire development lifecycle, supporting some of the world's most advanced defence systems. Within this role, you will gain a broader understanding of systems of systems engineering and enhance your technical skills while working in a Synthetic Environment. What We Expect from You:  A proven track record as a Simulation/Software Project Lead. Practical experience in Agile software development. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. The ability to support the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, while ensuring technical feasibility. A strong understanding of C# and C++ software development.
