Location the Sheet Metal Estimator: Near Elland The Sales Estimator position is working with a company that is part of a group of businesses that are market leaders in the work that they do. The Sheet Metal side of the business has had a significant investment to grow further, and we now seek a Sales Estimator to join the team. For this role, you must have experience in engineering and operating/programming CNC press brake/laser machinery. If you are someone who has experience in this line of work and looking for a new challenge, the company would look to train a skilled engineer in Sheet Metal Sales Estimating - if this is a direction would like to take in your career. Duties if the Sheet Metal Estimator Create quotes from drawings/models Converting successful quotes to orders Produce workflow job sheets along with production drawings Communicating with customers about order progress - Providing excellent customer service throughout. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Outgoing & friendly both in person & telephone manner Able to read & interpret engineering drawings Good organisational , numeracy & computer skills Knowledge of laser cutting & sheet metal (Essential) Benefits of the Estimator position.
