Service Technician Job Type: Full time, Permanent Salary: OTE up to £46,500 per annum Location: Norton Way Mazda, Norton Way North, Letchworth, Herts. What you will be doing: • Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, identifying problems, then explaining technical issues or repairs when required to customers. • Test the functionality of parts and systems • Carry out auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation • Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts • Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop, and guarantee the dealership follows policies, franchise standards and procedures. What we need from you: • NVQ Level 3 qualification, with an interest in your learning and development • A full manual driving licence • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail • Team player with a positive and can-do attitude, self-motivated • Excellent communications skills Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively; in 2022 and 2023.
