The Role As Service Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Service Department, leading and developing a high-performing team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Controllers. You'll ensure operational excellence, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieve departmental targets. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Department team. * Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability. * Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention. * Ensure manufacturer standards and compliance are maintained. * Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting. * Handle escalated customer queries professionally and effectively. * Work closely with other departments to maximise business opportunities. * Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on continuous improvement. What We're Looking For * Previous experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Commercially aware with a proven track record of achieving targets. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Full UK driving licence.
