Developing technical solutions for arising issues and implementing the fix through your team. You will be responsible for carrying out equipment checks and engineer audits. Liaising directly with customers with arising issues and responses. As part of our Field Service Team, you will also be expected to carry out you're your own reactive repairs, and audits on vehicle technology products. Duties: * Carry out routine checks and audits on your team. * Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken and ensure our business systems are updated during, and at the end of each shift. * Maintain regular contact with your team and arrange periodic meetings to offer support, training/mentoring during their shift. * Carry out reactive calls, and minor installation works as coordinated by our service centre. * To provide on-site training for your team * Attend customer account meetings when required. Candidates will have: * 3 years' experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and other electronic equipment on public service vehicles. * Previous experience of vehicle telematic and technology installation. * Repair and maintenance is essential. * Trained to Fitas or AVI standards. * Able to work at heights confidently. * Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
