Service Bookings Advisor £25k basic with £35k uncapped earning potential Norwich Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (42 hours a week between 8am – 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am – 1pm) Our client, based in Norwich, is on the lookout for an experienced Bookings Advisor to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Bookings Advisor: * Taking incoming and making outgoing calls. * Selling additional services during booking calls. * Prepping job cards. * Job card filing. * General admin duties in the department. Your Background & Skill: * Experience within a similar bookings advisor role. * Ideally a candidate with motor trade experience. * You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail. * Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc) * Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
