Position Overview: We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Bookings Advisor to play a pivotal role in managing appointments, driving outbound prospecting, and contributing to the growth of our service department. Key Responsibilities: Service Bookings Management: Handle service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Optimize workshop productivity by scheduling appointments seamlessly. Engage in proactive outbound prospecting to fuel service department growth. Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to existing and potential customers, showcasing our service offerings. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Build lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns with precision, offering comprehensive service options. Keep customers informed about the status of their service appointments. Maintain meticulous records of service bookings and customer information. Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and technicians for a streamlined service process. Foster effective communication with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Skills Required: Previous customer service experience. Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail.
