Service Booking Advisor Maidstone £23k (trainee), experienced negotiable Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm) Our client, a franchised main dealer in the Maidstone area is currently recruiting for a Service Booking Advisor to join their Service Booking Team. This role would suit someone already working in the Motor Trade with either Service Advisor or Parts Advisor experience looking for a Monday to Friday role. Duties/Responsibilities: * Answering In Bound Calls * Booking Commercial Vehicles for Service/MOT/ Investigation. * Updating Customers Progress Reports for Vehicles in the workshop. Background and Skill: * Previous experience within the motor trade as a Booking Clerk/Service Advisor or Parts Advisor. * Excellent communication skills. * Good telephone manner. * Ability to work well within and team and on their own.
