Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the booking in and out of products using the SAP system and RMA process. - Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls on returned products. - Inspect returned products, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues. - Write comprehensive reports detailing findings for returned products. - Handle customer returns and provide exceptional customer support. - Liaise with the Quality Team regarding product issues. - Occasionally provide on-site support.
