You will be responsible for: Providing advice on technical queries and issues. Managing vehicle bookings for service, keeping customers informed of progress. Facilitating sales of repairs/parts and completing invoices upon service completion. What we are looking for: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
