This is a Monday - Friday role 8am 5pm with a 1hr unpaid lunch break 40 hour paid week, hourly rate is between £12 - £14 a week depending on experience. £24960 - £29120 per annum. My client just wants someone who is customer focussed, motor trade experienced preferred but not essential. No main dealer targets or unachievable bonus structure. Paid Christmas shutdown break (This year is 24th December to 2nd January) Responsibilities Include Customer service - Contacting via phone - email and in person. Updating customers on ongoing work and any other work needed Quoting jobs for jobs needed doing Invoicing for work carried out and taking payment Ordering Parts Keeping in touch with customers via database annually to rebook in for servicing and Mot's Payday lunch every payday .
