Service Advisor - Byfleet Salary: Starting from £28,999 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a half-day on Saturday (rotational basis) Contract: Permanent We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service within our clients Service Department. Key Responsibilities: * Greeting customers upon their arrival at the Service Department with a warm welcome. * Handling customer bookings and inquiries via phone and email. * Providing regular updates and estimates to customers regarding vehicle service and repair. * Utilising and maintaining third-party booking systems such as 1 Link. * Managing invoicing and processing payments. * Monitoring and managing all Work In Progress. * Proficiency in navigating multiple operating systems. * Coordinating courtesy vehicle check-ins and check-outs. Requirements * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. * Self-motivated team player with a focus on achieving targets. * Ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and tact. * Strong communication and listening skills are essential. * A full UK driving license is desirable.
