The Location: Scunthorpe The Hours: Mon – Thur 08.30 – 17.30 Fri 08.30 – 17.00 (1 hour lunch) Every other Sat 08.30 – 12.30 Duties * A Service Support Advisor, you will provide support to the Aftersales Manager by ensuring our customers have an enjoyable, hassle-free experience. * Our Service Support Advisors are individuals who have a friendly and welcoming approach, who are customer focused, well presented and highly organized. * Ideally you will have experience of working in a service/aftersales team, but not essential as full training will be given. * Working as a fundamental part of our Aftersales team you will liaise directly with customers to answer their queries including taking telephone bookings and providing progress updates, The Candidate * Ability to work efficiently on your own or as part of a team. * Strong communication skills. * Problem solver. * Ability to carry out work to high standards and deadlines. * Proactive and enthusiastic to approach. * Ability to accurately follow written and spoken instructions. * Full driving licence.
