Job Title: Service Advisor – Car Dealership Location: Crawley Salary: £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits Employment Type: Full Time and Permanent – Saturdays on a rota basis Our client, an esteemed automotive retailer representing car brands across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and Hampshire, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships. * Act as a knowledgeable and supportive contact for vehicle servicing and repair. * Manage information flow between the workshop, business, and customers. * Exceed individual KPI targets. * Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. * Maintain the service department loading system, adhering to manufacturer service requirements. * Ensure customer understanding and authorization of work carried out. * Uphold safe working practices and high business standards. * Undertake additional responsibilities as required. Requirements: * Full UK driving license. * Organized with a smart appearance. * Confident and able to thrive in a team-based environment. * Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive sector.
