As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist: * At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network) * Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales * Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred) Salary and working hours: The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £32,000 - £35,000.
