Job Title: Service Advisor – Car Dealership Location: Luton, LU2 Salary: £32,000 + uncapped bonus / commission – OTE £38,000-£40,000 Full Time and Permanent Monday to Friday – 8.00am-6.00pm (1 hour lunch) 1 in 3 Saturdays – 8.00am-1.00pm Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client Aftersales team for their busy car dealership in Luton. In this role, you’ll be the key link between their customers and their workshop, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing * Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle servicing and repair needs * Handling enquiries and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally * Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles * Pricing and communicating any additional work identified by technicians * Answering questions about technical issues, warranties, services, and repairs * Working closely with the Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Workshop Controller, and Technicians * Delivering a high standard of customer service to support customer satisfaction and retention What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a car dealership background * Candidate must have a full and valid driving licence * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong and positive customer relationships * Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail * Confidence using Microsoft Office applications * Flexibility to work longer hours, including weekends on a rota basis To apply for this role please submit your full and up to date CV to Jonathan at Pybus Recruitment
