This role will involve working within a tight-knit team and will see you responsible for allocating workflow to technicians, handle customer enquires, accurately evaluate needs based on vehicle health-checks, assist on reception and ensure accurate records in line with dealership policies. The aim for this person is to take the lead and target promotion into service management. This role would suit a Senior Service Advisor or similar looking for a permanent role, within a family-run automotive dealer who have a great environment, provide bespoke training and the opportunity to progress into a Service Manager position.
