Job Title: Service Advisor - Automotive Sector Location: Leicester Hours: 45 hours per week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8 am to 12 pm) Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 + Bonus + Overtime OTE (On Target Earnings): £35,000 to £40,000 About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's automotive service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience. Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized workflow for the service department. Communicate with the technical team to provide accurate information to customers regarding their vehicle's status. Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed information about service options and pricing.
