The Role: Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a family owned, reputable dealership offering a wide range of new and used vehicles. Based in Aldershot, the ideal candidate will have current or previous experience in a similar role, with a preference for those who have worked in a main dealership environment. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor: Greet customers and schedule service appointments. Act as the liaison between customers and the service department. Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information on necessary repairs and services. Prepare repair orders and ensure all information is clearly documented. Provide cost estimates for vehicle repairs and services. Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Process payments and handle invoicing for completed services. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships. Maintain records of all service transactions and follow up for future appointments. The Package: Basic Salary: £28,000 (increasing to £30,000 once accredited) + UNCAPPED commission!! Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:30pm] & (1-in-4) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm]!!
