Job Title: Service Advisor Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays 7:30am – 1pm Salary: up to £28,000 OTE £30,000 Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a well-established dealer group in the Stourbridge area who are looking to recruit a Service Advisor. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is a fast-paced role and a nice busy aftersales department; applicants must have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and be able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Aftersales department in a similar role. Responsibilities of Service Advisor: * To provide the highest levels of customer service, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company. * Exceed all customer expectations and requirements throughout the process. * Schedule work for customer vehicles, providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs. * Upselling on additional services and products where possible, advising on genuine parts and accessories.
