Job Title: Service Advisor Location: Ipswich Salary: £26,000 (Uncapped OTE) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with Saturday mornings on a 1-in-2 rotation Overview: Join our client, a main dealership in Ipswich, as a Service Advisor! Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers regarding necessary service and repair work. Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Provide accurate repair cost estimates and actively promote additional products and services. Schedule service appointments and coordinate collection arrangements efficiently. Generate job cards using the in-house management system. Maintain up-to-date customer and vehicle records. Document warranty work in compliance with manufacturer policies. Prepare and finalize invoices accurately.Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Service Advisor or Service Administrator role. Demonstrated ability to upsell additional products and services. Proficiency in using commercial databases and Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
