NEW SERVICE ADVISOR / SERVICE COORDINATOR JOB Dunstable, Bedfordshire Salary: 36k + overtime + benefits YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Service Coordinator for our client based in Bedfordshire. Duties of Service Advisor / Service Coordinator : * Planning and booking scheduled maintenance & MOTs ensuring legal compliance is adhered to. * Keeping customers updated and reacting in incoming calls and email traffic * Selecting correct service requirements in line with maintenance contracts. * Dealing with face to face queries as a ‘front of house’ role * Raising job packs and establishing correct warranty status. * Working closely with workshop control daily. Skill set for the preferred Service Advisor / Service Coordinator : * Previous experience in the motor trade * Ability to forward plan and be adaptive to customer needs. * Driving licence * Excellent customer facing and communication skills * Operator licence knowledge advantageous. * PC literate Hours for the Service Advisor / Service Coordinator : Monday – Friday 7.00 – 5.00 (45 hours per week) (some flexibility on start / finish times).
