Service Advisor Job role: •    Act as the main contact for customers booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, MOTs and general aftersales support. •    Listen to customer requirements, accurately record vehicle concerns and pass clear information to the workshop team. •    Prepare job cards, provide progress updates and explain completed work, costs and recommended repairs in a clear and professional way. •    Coordinate service appointments, parts availability and workshop capacity to help ensure an efficient customer journey. •    Support customer satisfaction by resolving queries, handling concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of communication.
