Key Responsibilities * Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs * Acting as the main point of contact for customers * Liaising with the workshop to monitor progress * Providing updates, gaining authorisation for additional work, and upselling where appropriate * Managing job cards, invoicing, and payments * Delivering a high level of customer service at all times Requirements * Previous Service Advisor experience (essential) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Confident upselling and working towards targets * Organised and able to handle a busy workload * Full UK driving licence
