Service Advisor Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 Basic | £34,000 – £38,000 OTE Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota 🧾 The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity. 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work * Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval * Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs * Upselling additional work, services, and products * Liaising with the workshop and technicians * Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately * Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI) ✅ Requirements * Previous experience as a Service Advisor * Strong communication and customer service skills * Good sales and upselling ability * Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable) * Full UK driving licence 💰 Package & Benefits * £30k–£33k basic depending on experience * Realistic OTE up to £38k * Bonus scheme (monthly + CSI-based) * Manufacturer training * Career progression opportunities * Pension & staff discounts 🚀 Progression * Senior Service Advisor * Service Team Leader * Aftersales / Service Manager
