Vacancy - Service Advisor - Exeter Area

An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and highly motivated Service Advisor to join our client's busy aftersales team at their prestige franchised main dealer in the Exeter area.

Basic - 26.5k
Realistic OTE - 33.5k (uncapped)

Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 6.00pm (with rota'd early finishes - 1 x 4.30pm, 2 x 5.30pm, 2 x 6pm)
Sats - 8.00am - 1.00pm (1 in 5)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

* Responsible for prioritising customer requirements throughout the service operation
* To ensure every opportunity is met to achieve customer 'Fix First Visit'
* Primary focus being upselling additional work and add ons
* Monitors workshop loading, ensuring continuity to maximise productivity
* Allocates the flow of work into the workshop, maximising available resources
* Manages the standard and quality of technical information
* Ensures that the authorisation of warranty and goodwill meets the manufacturers recommendations

About you:

* Previous service/sales experience within the Motor industrial (Desirable)
* Proven sales track record, transferable skills from other sectors will be considered
* Experience of a customer focused environment
* Specialist/ technical product knowledge
* Admin and IT Skills
