Customer Service Advisor *MOTORTRADE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* Salary: £25,000K Hours of work: 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri. NO WEEKENDS. Between 8 -5 so could either be 8-4 or 9 - 5. This is a company that primarily provide an automotive virtual diagnostic & programming service to a customer base that stretches throughout Europe. It's not all work and no play - a recreational area is available for employees to enjoy games such as pool, table tennis, or darts to unwind and bond with the team.Customer Service Advisor Summary: Act as primary contact for customers by handling incoming product & service requests Complete enquiries at the point of sale where possible, accurately, and efficiently Provide excellent service to the satisfaction of all customers Use problem solving skills to resolve customer issuesCustomer Service Advisor Detail: Become fully conversant with all functions of the bespoke IT platform Comply with all relevant internal processes & procedures Ensure optimum levels of productivity are always being met Confident telephone manner & all-round communication skills Flexibility within the various roles within the team Maximise all commercial opportunities for the business Actively promote best practice and innovative solutions to the business Ensure pro-active communication to all areas within the group Undertake self-development and training to enhance skills to ensure achievement of both personal and business goals Ensure the highest quality of work in accordance with company and customer standards Ability to work under own initiative and within a team Hands-on processing of customer orders Consistently apply and demonstrate vehicle manufacturer & model knowledge Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred, but not essential.
