Working within our Client's Van Centre, the role involevs liaising with customers, gaining an understanding of their requirements with regards to the service, maintenance and fault-finding of their vehicle, and keeping customers updated with regards to the completion of the work and arranging collection. General day-to-day responsibilities include: Invoicing work completed and taking payments; Responding to customer enquiries - telephone, email and in person; Progressing vehicle repairs through the workshop; Developing a good technical knowledge to understand requirements and vehicle repairs; Working as a team to reach targets / KPIs; Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers. Requirements: A customer-centric approach; Strong IT skills; Experience within the Motor Trade Aftersales / Service department within a similar role - Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Reception, Service Bookings Clerk, Service Administrator; Full UK driving licence.
