Service Administrator

Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Norwich.

Our Client is a highly regarded agricultural company and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £30,000 basic.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are 7.30-5.00pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings.

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

• Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
• Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
• Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
• Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.

The ideal Service Administrator will:

• Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
• Experience of DMS
• Good customer service skills with technical understanding
• A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
