My client based in Kimbolton are currently recruiting for an Engineer Support Administrator to provide top-level customer service, to engineers, customers, and colleagues. Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm and salary from £25-30,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities: · Booking of Vehicle Servicing, MOT and repairs, windscreen booking and dealing with management of vehicle breakdowns and insurance claims · Authorising repairs · Accurate record keeping · Monitoring and managing authorisation of Expenses for engineers (ensuring spend within Company Policy) ensuring costs are allocated correctly · Managing central Purchase accounts, including Premier Inn and Screwfix, including bookings and issue of official purchase orders · Making hotel bookings and travel arrangements · Vehicle Hires using nominated suppliers · Accident reporting and managing of vehicle repairs · Driver conduct (using Quartix tracker system) · Liaise with General Manager regarding end of life vehicles and new purchase of vehicles including insurance limits · Processing requests for PPE from engineering team · Monitoring Monthly Vehicle Checks · Driving Licence Checks · Overseeing Van Swaps · Fuel cards administration · Tolls & Congestion charges · Dealing with Fines/speeding notices · Vehicle racking · Mileage claims Skills required: · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Able to solve problems with a view to keeping engineers on the road · Attention to detail and able to close issues to a full 360 resolution · Be cost aware and able to balance commercial considerations v financial spend · Experience of working in the Motor Trade would be an advantage but not essential · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office · UK Driving licence · An ability to prioritise and balance multiple workloads If you have the skills and experience listed above please send your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
