Service Administrator - Uttoxeter Area Vacancy - Service Administrator My client are looking to grow their team for a Service Administrator for their expanding workshop. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all administrative tasks related to vehicle servicing, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics, and maintaining accurate records. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate closely with our team of mechanics to ensure timely completion of service jobs and efficient allocation of resources. - Handle billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail. - Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. - Uphold compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Requirements: - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with automotive service management software is a plus. - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be a team player.
