Working as part of an incredibly supportive team, collectively you will deliver first class customer service when; Managing customer enquiries Accurately processing payments and generating invoices Managing day to day service bookings Creating service estimates with accuracy Keeping customers informed about costs and project progress Obtaining client authorisationThis is a busy, upbeat office, which will keep you challenged whilst continually developing your skills further. Working schedule consists of working Monday to Friday alternating on a weekly basis, 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm, alongside one Saturday per month 8am-12pm.
