The Role Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Service Administrator for our client, a family-owned motor trade dealership located in Fareham. This is a part-time role offering a unique opportunity to join a well-established business known for its strong reputation across the South Coast and beyond. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the aftersales department. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the aftersales department. Create and generate invoices for scheduled and completed work. Assist with front desk duties, managing aftersales customers. Support and assist customers daily while engaging with potential clients. Requirements: Strong customer service skills; professional, presentable, and reliable. A team player with excellent communication and IT skills. Ability to work independently when required. Experience in the motor trade or retail customer service and administration is beneficial but not essential. Working Hours & Package: Salary: £14,872 per annum.Monday to Friday (no weekend work).25 hours per week, with flexible working options (e.g., 3 full days or 5 shorter days).
